Voice to notes · iPhone + Apple Watch

Talk. Sayo handles the rest.

Record a thought the moment you have it. Sayo transcribes it and pulls out the tasks, events, and ideas buried inside, so a rambling voice memo comes out the other end as something you can actually use.

Free to try. No account, no sign-up.

What a memo becomes

One recording. Five useful things.

Every memo gets a summary, a full transcript, and its tasks, events, and ideas separated into their own tabs. Nothing to file, nothing to retype.

Tasks Sayo extracted from the same recording, each checkable
The three to-dos you mentioned in passing, already checkable.

Built for the way you actually talk

Everything after the tap is automatic.

Live transcript while you talk

Watch your words appear as you speak, then get a clean transcript you can edit, search, and copy.

Tasks pulled out for you

Say "I need to email Diego the docs" mid ramble and it shows up as a checkable task, with optional sync to Apple Reminders.

Events land on your calendar

Dates and times you mention become calendar events with real start and end times, only if you turn that on.

Capture from your wrist

The Apple Watch app records on the spot and hands the audio to your iPhone. Lock screen and Control Center buttons start a memo in one tap.

A real audio workbench

Waveform seek, playback speeds up to 2x, trim, append a follow-up thought, or merge memos into one.

Private by design

No account, no sign-in. Memos live on your device and your private iCloud. Lock sensitive memos behind Face ID, export everything anytime.

Sunday, 6 PM

Your week, played back to you.

The weekly digest gathers what you recorded, what you finished, and what is still open, so Monday starts with a plan instead of a scroll through old memos. Ask Sayo about anything you have ever said and it answers from your own notes.

  • Weekly digest with open tasks carried forward
  • Ask questions across every memo you have recorded
  • Streaks and stats that make the habit stick

Your voice stays yours

No account. No feed. No data resale.

Sayo never asks who you are. Recordings live on your device and in your private iCloud, and AI processing happens only after you say yes on first launch. Prefer that nothing leaves the phone? Flip one switch and everything runs on-device. The full policy is two minutes of plain English: read it here.
