1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Sayo (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is developed and operated by 0ARCH (ZeroArch LLC).

2. Description of Service

Sayo is a voice-first note-taking application for iOS that allows you to record voice memos, transcribe them, and extract actionable items such as tasks, events, and ideas using AI.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Sayo offers a free tier limited to 5 memos.
• Premium access is available via auto-renewing subscriptions: Monthly ($6.99/mo) or Annual ($39.99/yr).
• All payments are processed through Apple's App Store via StoreKit 2.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time via iOS Settings > Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store policies.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content you record and store in the App.
• You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• If you provide a third-party API key (e.g., Anthropic Claude), you are responsible for your usage and any associated costs under that provider's terms.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your data is primarily stored on your device and optionally synced via your iCloud account. We do not collect analytics, track you, or sell your data.

6. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to extract tasks, events, and ideas from your transcriptions. AI-generated content may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any extracted information before acting on it.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of 0ARCH (ZeroArch LLC). You retain ownership of all content you create using the App (recordings, memos, etc.).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI extractions will be accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 0ARCH (ZeroArch LLC) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and canceling any active subscriptions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
