Who we are
0ARCH is a software studio based in Miami, Florida, operated by Joseph Rodriguez. This policy covers the website at 0arch.io. Products we publish (like Sayo) have their own policies on their own pages.
What we collect
Contact form. Your name, email, optional company, and whatever you write about your project. We use it to reply to you about your project, nothing else.
Chat assistant. The messages you type, and any contact details you choose to share there. Conversations are stored so the team can follow up and improve the assistant. A cookie keeps your chat session together for up to 30 days. Please don't share sensitive personal information (IDs, card numbers, passwords, health details) in the chat; we don't need it.
Analytics and ads. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and a Google Ads conversion tag to measure advertising. These set cookies and collect usage data like pages visited, device type, and approximate location.
Preferences.Theme and display choices are stored in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and don't identify you.
Where it goes
The site runs on Cloudflare; form submissions and chat transcripts are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. The chat assistant's replies are generated by an AI model running on Cloudflare Workers AI. Analytics and conversion data go to Google. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone else except the providers above, used only to operate the site.
How long we keep it
Project inquiries and chat transcripts are kept while they're useful for following up with you, then removed during periodic cleanups. Email us anytime to have yours deleted sooner.
Your choices
You can ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: email privacy@0arch.io and we'll handle it. You can also block cookies in your browser; the site works fine without them.
Children
The site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes get a clear note here.
