Terms
Terms of service.
Plain English, like everything else here. Using 0arch.io, or buying a website from us, means you agree to these.

Who we are
"0ARCH", "we", and "us" mean 0ARCH, a software studio based in Miami, Florida, operated by Joseph Rodriguez. "You" means the person or business using this site or buying from us. These terms cover the website at 0arch.io and the website offer sold on it. Custom software projects are governed by a separate written agreement. Apps we publish (like Sayo) have their own terms on their own pages.
What this site is
Everything on 0arch.io is general information about our work. It isn't professional, legal, tax, or financial advice. Case studies describe real projects and real outcomes for those specific clients. They are not a promise that your project will get the same results; every business and every build is different. Where a case study involves a client we are connected to (an employer, family, a friend), we say so next to it.
The chat assistant
The chat on this site is an AI assistant. It can get things wrong, and nothing it says is a quote, an estimate, a commitment, or a contract. Pricing, timelines, and scope for a custom engagement only come from us directly, in writing, after we've talked.
Starting a custom project
Submitting the contact form or chatting with the assistant starts a conversation, not an engagement. Custom work begins only when both sides sign a written scope, which will set the price, the timeline, what you own, and what each side is responsible for. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
The website offer: what you buy
The website offer at 0arch.io/site is a one-page business website built by us from your answers, your photos, and your public Google Business Profile. It includes a domain name registered in your name, hosting, a Google reviews section, tap-to-call, hours, a map, and, if you ask for it, a Spanish version.
Price. The build costs $499, charged once when you order. Hosting, security, backups, and small text-message edits are covered by the care plan at $49 per month. Prices are in U.S. dollars. If any sales tax applies to your purchase, it is added at checkout or on the invoice.
The care plan renews automatically. When you order, you give us permission to keep the card you paid with on file and to charge it $49 on the day your site goes live and then every month on that date until you cancel. You accept this by checking the box at checkout before you enter your card. We will email you a receipt for every charge. If a charge fails, we will tell you and retry; if it keeps failing for 30 days we may pause the site until it is paid.
Timeline. We aim to have your site live within 5 business days of receiving your answers, your photos, and your domain choice, and most orders are faster than that. Waiting on you (photos, a reply to a question, domain approval) pauses the clock. If we miss the 5 days for a reason on our side, you can cancel for a full refund of the $499 at any point before you approve the preview.
Preview and edits. We text you a preview before launch. You get two rounds of changes to the preview at no cost. After launch, small edits (hours, prices, photos, text) are covered by the care plan. A redesign, new pages, or new features are a separate quote.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel the care plan any time. Cancel online at 0arch.io/site/cancel, by texting the number on your receipt, or by emailing support@0arch.io. Cancelling online takes one email address and one button, no account and no phone call. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid for, then stops. We do not charge cancellation fees and we do not refund partial months.
The $499 build. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before we send you the first preview. After you receive the preview, the $499 covers work already done and is not refundable, except as stated under "Timeline" above or where the law requires it. If we cannot build your site for any reason on our side, we refund the $499 in full.
What happens after you cancel. Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours. Within 14 days of your plan ending, we send you a copy of your site's files (HTML, images, text) so you can host it anywhere. Hosting on our infrastructure ends when your plan ends, so the site will go offline until you host it elsewhere.
Who owns what
Once the $499 is paid, you own the content of your site (your text, your photos, your logo, your domain) and the finished pages we deliver, and you may use, copy, and move them freely. We keep ownership of our underlying templates, components, tooling, and know-how, and we may reuse them for other clients. You may not resell our templates on their own. You promise that you have the right to use everything you give us (photos, logos, text) and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
The design, text, and code of 0arch.io itself belong to 0ARCH. Client names and product names belong to their owners. Don't republish site content as your own.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of what your site says about your business (prices, hours, licenses, claims), for complying with laws that apply to your industry, and for telling us when something changes. You agree not to use a site we build for anything illegal, deceptive, or harmful, and we may take a site offline if it is used that way.
Acceptable use of 0arch.io
Don't abuse the site: no scraping the chat assistant, no probing or disrupting the infrastructure, no using the forms to send spam, no attempting to access other people's data.
Third-party services
Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms and privacy policy; we never see or store your full card number. Domains are registered through a registrar in your name. Hosting runs on Cloudflare. We are not responsible for outages or changes at those providers, but we will work to restore your site when they happen.
Warranties
We promise to deliver the website offer with reasonable skill and care, and to keep a care-plan site hosted, backed up, and maintained while your plan is active. Beyond that, the site and our services are provided "as is". We do not promise specific search rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, 0ARCH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business, arising from 0arch.io or the website offer, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website offer is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Our total liability for any claim relating to your use of 0arch.io itself is limited to $100. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold 0ARCH harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs that arise from content you gave us for your site, from how you or your business use the site, or from your breach of these terms.
Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If we have a problem, email us first and we will try to sort it out within 30 days. If that fails, any claim must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Either side may instead bring an eligible claim in small claims court. Any claim must be filed within one year of when it arose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date and version at the top will change, and for material changes to the website offer we will email active care-plan customers at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the site or keep your plan after that date means you accept the new terms. The terms in effect on the day you ordered apply to that order's $499 build.
General
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms, plus our privacy policy and cookie policy, are the whole agreement between us for 0arch.io and the website offer. Not enforcing a term once doesn't waive it later. You may not transfer your order to someone else without telling us; we may transfer these terms to a successor business that takes over 0ARCH.
