These are not mockups. Each one is a working system a business runs on today: an ERP that a wholesaler uses to import thousands of rows without a spreadsheet, a dumpster rental site that turns a search into an estimate request on the owner's phone, a junk removal booking flow with a hauler app behind it, and a real estate site built to win listings rather than look pretty.

The pattern is the same every time. We look at the slow or manual part of how a business works, build the smallest system that removes it, and keep iterating after launch. Fixed estimate up front, code you own, and the same person answering the phone a year later.

Every project on this page started the same way: a text describing what was slow. We look at how the work happens today and at what a fix would need to touch, at no cost and with no commitment. That turns into a fixed estimate for a written scope, most land between $5,000 and $40,000 for a full system, from $1,500 for a single automation. You see a first milestone before the full build starts, so you know the direction is right before more time goes in. After launch, the code is yours, hosting runs on modern edge infrastructure for tens of dollars a month, and support is optional, not a renewal you get locked into. The same person who scoped the project builds it and answers the phone a year later, which is why The Wastemasters, JunkZipp, HomeSellers, and a wireless distributor's ERP are still running the way they were built, not patched over by whoever picked up the account next.

The Wastemasters is family. HomeSellers came through a personal connection.
