VenPM — ISP Customer Management & Automated Billing Platform

VenPM is a customer management and billing platform built for an internet service provider operating in Venezuela. The system handles the full billing lifecycle including customer onboarding, service plan management, billing cycle automation, and payment tracking. It provides ISP operators with a centralized dashboard to manage their subscriber base and financial operations.

The application is built with a React frontend and a Node.js backend, backed by PostgreSQL for data persistence. The billing engine supports recurring cycle generation, payment reconciliation, and account status tracking. The architecture prioritizes reliability for financial data with transactional integrity across billing operations and a clean separation between the customer-facing interface and the administrative backend.
