1. Overview
0Daily is a daily puzzle app developed by 0ARCH, based in Miami, FL. It collects no personal data. We do not run a server, we have no user accounts, and there is nothing for you to sign up for. Your puzzles, scores, streaks, and preferences live on your device.
2. Data We Collect
None. 0Daily contains no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, and no third-party tracking of any kind. We receive no information about you and no information about how you play.
3. Data Stored on Your Device
Game progress, completed puzzle records, achievements, and settings (theme, accent color, notification preferences) are stored locally using SwiftData and UserDefaults.
4. iCloud Sync
If you are signed in to iCloud, your progress syncs across your own Apple devices through Apple's CloudKit in your private iCloud database. That data belongs to your Apple Account and 0ARCH cannot read it. You can stop the sync at any time by turning iCloud off for 0Daily in iOS Settings. Apple's handling of it is covered by the Apple Privacy Policy.
5. Game Center
If you enable Game Center, your scores and achievements are submitted to Apple's leaderboards under your Game Center profile. What appears there, and to whom, is controlled by your Game Center privacy settings in iOS Settings, not by us. 0Daily is fully playable with Game Center turned off.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
0Daily Plus is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, and a one-time Lifetime unlock is also available. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. We never see or store your payment details. The app only learns whether your purchase is currently active. Billing, refunds, and cancellation are handled in your Apple Account settings.
7. Notifications
If you enable the daily reminder, a local notification is scheduled on your device. Nothing is sent to any server. You can turn notifications off at any time in the app's Settings or in iOS Settings.
8. Third-Party Services
0Daily uses no third-party services or SDKs. The only outside parties involved are Apple's own iCloud, Game Center, and App Store services described above, and those only when you choose to use them.
9. Children's Privacy
0Daily collects no data from anyone, including children, and is safe for users of all ages.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
