Bidsheet: Estimates & Invoices by 0ARCH

The short version
Bidsheet does not collect any information about you or your customers. It has no account, no sign-in and no advertising. Your estimates, invoices and customer list stay on your iPhone or iPad. The only thing it sends is an anonymous count of a few moments in the app, which cannot identify you (section 4a).
1. Who we are
Bidsheet is made by 0ARCH, based in Miami, Florida. You can reach us at support@0arch.io.
2. What the app stores, and where
Your business details, logo, customers, estimates, invoices and signatures are saved only on your device, in the app's own storage. They are included in your normal device backup if you have iCloud Backup turned on, which is handled by Apple under Apple's terms. We never see this data and cannot access it.
3. Sending a PDF
When you send an estimate or invoice, the PDF is created on your device and handed to the app you choose (Messages, Mail, Files, and so on). Where it goes from there is up to you and that app. We never see it.
4. Purchases and network access
Bidsheet Pro is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple. We receive no name, email, or payment details from it. Apart from the anonymous counts described below, the app makes no network requests; the other connections are Apple's, to load and verify the purchase.
4a. Anonymous usage counts
Starting with version 1.0.1, Bidsheet sends anonymous counts of a few moments in the app, such as "the app was opened", "a document was sent" or "the upgrade screen was shown", so we can tell which parts of the app are working. Each report contains only the app's name, the event name and whether it came from the App Store or a test build. It contains no name, no device or advertising identifier, no install identifier, and nothing you typed. Our server adds one to a daily counter for that event and keeps nothing else. Our host, Cloudflare, necessarily sees the IP address of the connection in order to deliver the request, but we do not log or store it, so the numbers can never be traced back to you or your device. The data is not used for advertising and is not shared with anyone.
5. Children
Bidsheet is a business tool and is not directed at children. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
6. Changes
If a future version of Bidsheet ever collects or sends information, this page will say so before that version ships, and the date at the top will change.
