Deadweight for Android by 0ARCH

Last updated: August 18, 2026

1. Overview

Deadweight is a fully offline puzzle game developed by 0ARCH, based in Miami, FL. It does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and nothing to register.

2. Data Collection

This app collects no data. It uses no analytics, no advertising, and no crash reporting.

3. Data Storage

The app saves how far you have reached in each of its three modes. That is three whole numbers, written to the app's own private storage on your device using Android's DataStore. Nothing else is saved, and none of it is readable by us or by any other app. Uninstalling Deadweight deletes it.

4. Network Access

The app has no network access at all. It does not request the Android internet permission, so it is not able to open a connection even in principle. Deadweight behaves identically with the phone in airplane mode.

5. Third-Party Software

The app is built with Google's Jetpack Compose and renders its board with SceneView, an open-source wrapper around Google's Filament graphics engine. These are drawing libraries bundled into the app itself, not services: they run entirely on your device and send nothing anywhere. The app uses no third-party service of any kind.

6. Children's Privacy

This app does not collect data from anyone, including children. It is safe for users of all ages.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Since no data is collected, material changes are unlikely.
