Privacy Policy

The short version

Sawhorse does not collect, store, or send any information about you. It has no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no servers of its own. Everything you type stays on your device.

1. Who we are

Sawhorse is made by 0ARCH, based in Miami, Florida. You can reach us at support@0arch.io.

2. What the app stores, and where

Your calculations (the tape), your tool inputs, and your settings such as fraction precision and preferred units are saved only on your iPhone or iPad, in the app's own storage. They are included in your normal device backup if you have iCloud Backup or a computer backup turned on, which is handled by Apple under Apple's terms. We never see this data and cannot access it.

When you share a tape or a tool sheet as text or a PDF, the file is created on your device and handed to the app you choose (Messages, Mail, Files, and so on). Where it goes from there is up to you and that app.

3. Purchases

Sawhorse Pro is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes the payment and tells the app whether the purchase exists on your Apple account. We do not receive your name, email address, payment details, or any identifier from that transaction. Apple's handling of purchase data is described in Apple's privacy policy.

4. Network access

The app itself makes no network requests. The only connections made while you use Sawhorse are the ones the App Store makes to load and verify the Sawhorse Pro purchase, which are Apple's.

5. Children

Sawhorse is a general-purpose tool and is not directed at children. Because it collects nothing, it collects nothing from children either.

6. Changes

If a future version of Sawhorse ever collects or sends information, this page will say so before that version ships, and the date at the top will change.
